CJ Global Express Group Unlimited has signed agreements to acquire a group of properties along the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, spanning both residential and commercial sites in the Port Shepstone area. The acquisitions, concluded through the Group's property and hospitality divisions, represent a combined purchase value of approximately R16.45 million.

The properties include a mix of coastal residential sites and a commercial site earmarked for CJ Night Clubs and Restaurants, continuing the Group's pattern of pairing property acquisition with hospitality expansion in markets close to its KwaZulu-Natal headquarters.

As is standard for property transactions of this nature, the agreements are subject to standard conveyancing and deposit conditions ahead of transfer. Further details will be shared as the transactions are finalised.

The expansion follows a period of rapid diversification for CGEG, which has recently entered the London and Chicago markets, and reflects continued investment in the Group's home region alongside its international growth.
